My cd player in volvo s70 is in OFF MODE and doesn’t give me the access to put in the code.

Does it mean it is broken and won’t work or there is something I can do?

A:

If you tried wrong code few times the radio will go into off mode and in order to be able to use it again you need to leave your key in the ignition on I position for few hours and while doing it the cd player needs to display off mode, after hew hours it will turn back to display the code.
