We have a slight drive shaft shimmy at low speeds (25-30 mph) but not at high speeds. Should the carrier bearing (support bearing) be replaced?

I have to tell you that these drive shafts last long time and I don’t think it is a drive shaft bearing, I also have to tell you that 2001 need new drive sahft because it is not possible to separate one, these are friction welded. Please check if there is nothing loose under the car, it also might be transfer case, first of all locate which part the noise is coming from.
