We have a problem with radio and parking sensors in our XC90, 2004.
We live in CH, but according our last search to solve the problem in 2016 or 2017 the cost to fix it was around USD 2000… finally, we decided to leave it as we have a second for daily use…. 

A Volvo dealer told us, there is a malfunction in the ICM display…
if we could organize an ICM 30679227 or 31300458 there is a change to fix the problem. In the last weeks, we used the car more often, due to the bad weather conditions (snow) and suddenly the Radio and so PCR works for a while… but no hope… we know; not for long…

We have found below panel on your website; do you think this is the correct part for the above described problem? We know, there is no guarantee, that it will work out, but at least, we would like to try … but first, we would like to make sure, we will order the correct one… 

How much will be the delivery to Europe; Switzerland and could you organize a delivery including all custom fees/VAT etc.? How long will it take to get the item?

Yes I can ship that panel to you however it is no guaranteed that it will work as plug and play because there is no rule some work as plug and play and some dont, and at this point there is no sense if going to the dealer to do the software download because I even think it is not supported any more, 
I can ship it to you, shipping is listed, I think it is $27 to ship it, it would be shipped from our European warehouse,
