Q:My vehicle has 2 problems which I not really knows if resolve with that part. 

1 Steering buttons, signal lights not working most of the time, and wiper works only in one speed.

2 Something ANTISKID SERVICE REQUIRED message is displayed. 

Is the Steering control module and steering angle sensor the same part?

A: it looks like clockspring failed because you also get anti skid message and it is all connected, you may want to double check and do a system scan but it looks like you need to replace clock spring,
