Hello !! I have a volvo S60 II, D3 from 2010 and I want to change the old display, but I\’m curious if the Adaptive Pilot will work afterwards. Beside that, what will happen with the kilometres on board after I change the display, I have now 172.000!? Will they update automatically or do I need to update them manually?

Yes adaptive cruise control will work however few other features wont be displayed like eco mode or boost, unless you wil have it prgrammed, there are places that adapt these to older models,kilonteres will stay the same,
