Q We just bought a 2005 Volvo V50 from a used car dealer and didn’t check the cd player before purchasing. There seems to be a disc stuck in the 6 cd changer. Do you know if this is an owner installable item? Or do I have to take it to a professional? If it is owner installable, can you furnish instructions for doing so?

A:You don’t have to take it to the shop, just remove the player and let me know the part number from the changer and I will send you correct one and you will put it back and it will work right away,
