We have a single cd in the volvo. Are you able to interchange between a single and upgrade to a 6 cd changer? Will it be compatible? Thanks

A: Hello I dont think you can change it to 6 cd changer without software download, I think that you can do that but you will need face plate and cd changer unit and then it will need  to be programmed to be seen in your car, but I will say that lots of people who has cd changer would like to swap with you or 2 cd player because these changers go bad so much,
