I’ve 99 Volvo XC70 AWD, that has a wierd problem: the fan (blower?) is on all the time.  Do you have any idea what’s wrong and what I can buy from you to fix it?  Thanks.

It looks like the ac control module needs to be replaced, usually when blower is broken it doesn’t run at all, the best way is to plug in different ac control module and then you will see if it acts the same way, if you see that changing the module  didn’t help last thing I would say would be checking the blower motor resistor which is located next ot the blower, just remove the glove box and you will see it.
