Q:I have a volvo xc60 awd my16 italian
I installed all the parts of the alarm including ims
I went to volvo to install the software
Surprise!!!!!
It can not be activated because the car was bought without an alarm
In Italy volvo blocks it
In other states it can be done
Do you know if you can somehow?

A: I wish I could help but it looks like if volvo dealer cant do the software for you it will hard to make someone else do it, you might have to do a road trip to another country to do it where other dealer will be ablate do it,
