Q:we have a 2005 xc90 t6; owner since new. the blower motor seems to work intermittently. if it is running, sometimes when the car is turned off it keeps running; and sometimes when it is not running it will come one when the fan is turned up. removing the 30 amp fuse will always turn it off when stuck on (after turning off car), and sometimes removing and replacing the fuse will make it work again when it won\’t come on. is the problem with the blower motor itself, or another sensor or module?
thanks you
A:Hi, it looks like it is a normal procedure, these volvos do that on occasion, did it ever made your battery to go flat?. it shouldn’t because usually it will go on for a little and then turn off on its own,
even if you read your user manual you will find that volvo talked about it so owners are not surprised by it,
