Q:1: CD player – it did come on very briefly & then died & there is no life from it now at all. 2: Siren module – there is no communication with the siren even after it has been calibrated by the computer. There is still a siren fault showing on the fault codes.A: I sell many of these changers and didn’t even have one return on it since I test all before it is shipped to the customer, all are shipped without any cd’s to protect mechanism inside, I can exchange the changer that I sent, but I need to know first that it is really the case, There is amplifier under passenger seat and sometimes it can also do the same make radio go dead, please also let me know why you needed cd changer what was happening with old one,

A:I don’t understand it is dead now it looks to me that your icm radio panel is not working not the changer I have never had such a problem with changer, please tell me when you turn on radio there is nothing on the screen, I ship many icms weekly for xc90 and to me it looks like you have a different problem If it goes to the siren it is hard to tell there is a battery inside and sometimes it get water in it and goes bad I don’t have another one I will refund you for it If the changer was bad it would show cd error that’s all please let me know
