Q: My battery just died on my 2001 volvo s60  I checked with the dealer and it looks like the battery is very expensive, is there any other replacement that  you could recommend?

A: It is interesting because I just was in walmart picking up one of the batteries for my cousins s60, I found out that the Everstart maxx-94R for $75 is basically the same as OEM volvo battery so it looks like they have deal with volvo and supply it for them. That’s the best deal I found so far on volvo batteries and it is also much stronger. It is a longer but it fits perfectly in the trunk.
