if it goes to fitting that cd player to your 740, it can be done, all you need is the 2 plugs and then you would need to have a plug for the 740 and you could manually connect the wires for the speakers and for the power, also you would have to modify the center console in order for the cd player to fit in there, you would have to cut out the shelf that is in the middle.
