Q: I have a 2004 volvo XC90 that has power folding mirrors and one of my mirrors stopped working, is it something that I could do myself, I saw the same mirrors on ebay and I was thinking to purchase one but before I do that I would like to know if this is something that I could do myself, any help would be greatly appreciated,
A: Hello, Yes you may replace a mirror by yourself, what you have to do is unplug the connector that is under the door panel so you need to remove door panel, there are clips that need to be removed and you also need to remove the twitter this is the black small speaker above the door panel, under that speaker you will see a bolt that hold the mirror. You should be able to do that on your own, the only what could be the most difficult would be removing the door panel.
