please let me know if you had water under the passenger seat, if the plug was corroded because if it did the plug needed to be replaced, there is no difference in programming it works in your xc90 I have installed many shipped hundreds of these and if you have other components in good working condition it has to work, please confirm that when you plugged it in the light when off, I think you needed to replace the plug, did you also take care of the sun roof drains so it is dry under the amplifier,
