I have a 99 C70 convertible and the cable snapped
so I can hear the motor turning but nothing
happening. I have had the door panel off and see
the cable snapped too. Can you tell me if it is something that can be fixed?

A: It is very common problem on the c70 series that the window regulator goes bad, I wish that could be better solution than just getting another very expensive regulator but there is no aftermarket one or places that fix these. I have had one person who found a place that made the wheels that usually go bad but they even charged $100 a wheel and than you would still need to attach it so it function properly. I do have there regulators occasionally but as soon as I get one It gets sold very fast.
